No more SKI for me!!!!!!!

I heard you!!!!  and NO, I didn't took only photos as always do.

I did a little SKI!!!!!!!!

Yep I said a little just because when I went to the highest slalom and started coming down as fast as I could, .....

.........a awful guy who was standing close to me, started to yelling..........

................."AVALANCHE    !!!!    AVALANCHE !!!!!"........................ Look at me, ............. do I look  like a avalanche?

The kids went crazy with this thing. They went up and down, and they must spent more than  two hours there. I don't think that you want to tell more about that, just take a look at their faces as they were coming down that hill............

Every thing that goes up ..... must go down........ So we did.

...... and the Snow-balls were flying above from our heads......

After a while we took the lift to take us at the top of the mountain (okay almost the top), where there was a coffee-bar but the with the tables outside on the snow!!!!!!

No, no she is not just waving to me, but, she is trying to tell me that it's something wrong with my lift..........
OK, I know that I weight a little more than I should, but there was no problem for the lift to hold me.....!!!!!!

Yep, Soula was ready for some extreme sports....!!!!!
(....do really don't know that Soula loves extreme sports?....)
What? you don't believe me? Is there anything more extreme staying with me all these years?
Yes that's the proof for those who didn't believe me ......

One day on the "Kalavrita"

Two weeks before, we decided to go to "Kalavrita" (for those who doesn't know, "kalavrita" is a great and famous big village , near Soula's village with a ski center close to it).

It was a great day (as you can see from the following picture)...but it was very cold!!!! You see, some people are complaining about "cold winter" (I'm talking for the people living on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean), but here I melt from the hot weather..!!!!

...and after dance........more dance....

....as you can see after a while there where parents and teachers that they also danced...and danced a lot!!!!!!!!!!!

"Gaitanaki"

"Gaitanaki",
maybe a funny name but is a traditional dance-like thing that many kids (and some older people) used to dance to their villages.
I'll try to explain to you what is that dance.
As you can see from the pictures, there is a high pale with some colorful ropes hanging down from the top of the pale. Around that pale, there are dancers in two circles, the one smaller than the other one.

As you can see from the picture, (I hope you can see the movement of the dancers) the dancers  at the small circle are dancing clockwise (holding their ropes) and the other to the opposite direction.
As the dance,  the "Gaitanaki" (the colorful ropes) starts to make a knot...

So then, all the dancers  begin to dance to the opposite direction that they were danced  to "untie" the knot!!!!!! 

All these beautiful things happened to Katerina's and Vaggelis's school....

"Helloween"

Our "Halloween" just past , tree weks before. So I had to upload some pictures of our kid dressed up ........ Katerina  as "Hawaiian girl" and Vaggelis as ..... "Pop-corn Box"!!!!!
Yep, it took me two days to make the Pop-corn Box..... but he was very excited so everyone that he saw him giving everyone pop-corn that he has with him.....  

Here is Vaggelis giving Pop-corn to his friends... (....you can imagine what happened when the kids starting yelling that someone that is dressed like a Pop-Corn Box is giving free pop-corn.....!!!!!) .  All the kids was around Vaggelis....!!!!!Here is Katerina with her best girlfriends....Here you can see Katerina wearing a girlfriend's peruke

More basketball ...

Meanwhile, (all that time that I was ... lazy), Vaggelis  had some "friendly basketball matches with another  team of our municipality.
This team called "Kronos" and they lost (God knows the score, because Vaggelis's school  team didn't let the other team to score while  they scored almost any time they came near to their side!!!!)
